A few things that I've noticed... And while it's great to get access to resources for a paid subscription... It's actually the content creators that are handling that end.
IconScout itself is the platform by which said resources/content is delivered, so I'd hope that some love and work (what you get paid for) was put into some of these things:
When signing up here, the secure email authentication leads to an unsecure (TLS/HTTPS) activation page. That's funny. I'd upload a screenshot, but new users can't post images.
If you find an artist that you like, and check out their resources... "Load more" often leads to... Nothing. Even though there are plenty more assets to view. That is a fail on potential sales, and a poor customer journey/user experience.
On that same note, filtering. It's broken.
Now I have a very beastly desktop computer, and I've gone through testing across all major browsers. It's the same across all tests. This makes it seem likely that's it the IconScout codebase, not an "is it plugged in" issue. I'd expect better, considering you chaps are likely making a killing from being a platform for content creators to sell their goods. Essentially, your value is the platform itself, not being the content creators. I've been checking back for months now, and it's the same experience.
Just some feedback! Harsh as it may be, I'd hope it's valuable.
